Developed design and construction documents for the relocation of Chez Oskar French Bistro restaurant. Landmarks Preservation Commission and Local Community Board presentations. Developed Construction Documents, Mill work details, Lighting Design, and equipment specifications. Incorporated salvaged architectural elements in the design as project progressed. 


ARCHITECT/ PROJECT MANAGER, DiGuiseppe Architect, New York, NY                                                                               Oct 2016 – Dec 2017

Senior Architect & Project Manager responsibilities include: develop complete schemes for schematic design and design development including detailed FF&E specifications for residential and hospitality projects; prepare full sets of construction documents including plumbing and electrical, elevations, detail drawings, diagrams, schedules; conduct construction supervision, site visit reports, surveys; prepared interior design presentation board design, shop drawing approval, material boards for submission; prepare media presentations for clients, investors and Building Department.

SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER, NYC Economic Development Corporation                                                                            Feb 2011 – Oct 2016

Grants Department: Managed public financing initiatives for LMDC projects focusing on design, construction, and engineering of the East River Waterfront Park and Piers Work with project managers to attain fiscal documentation, ensure proper allocation of funds, and coordinate receipt of funding agreements with Department of LMDC HUD.


PROJECT ARCHITECT, Glen & Company, New York                                                                                                                  June 2007 – Dec 2008

Supported boutique firm specializing in hospitality and restaurant clientele, responsible for creation of CD’s, LEED material research, and client presentations. Developed the façade and store concept Whole Foods. Clients included the Madison Beach Hotel (Madison, CT), Duques Family small 34 room boutique hotel and spa, and Whole Foods Market (Fairfield, CT).


PROJECT MANAGER, Rockwell Group, New York                                                                                                                     Dec 2006 – June 2007

Worked with firm specializing in interactive museum projects, responsible for production and management of CD’s through design development, successfully managing a small team and client’s presentation of interior finishes. Clients included Walt Disney Family Museum, Presidio of San Francisco: Walt Disney Family, and the interior design and rehabilitation and adaptive reuse of a historical building within a former military base.


PROJECT ARCHITECT, H2L2 Architects & Planners, New York                                                                                                Jan 2003 – Dec 2006

Provided design support to architecture firm specializing in bridge design, libraries, and schools, responsible for CD’s, photo renderings, development of presentations for Citizens Advisory Committee, and materials research and coordination. Worked in tandem with engineers to develop architectural features and elements. Select projects included:

West End Day School (New York City) | Schematic design and development of elementary school renovation and rehabilitation.

 Sauvie Island Bridge (Portland, OR) | Project designer ( I developed the concept/and key detailing of a signature bridge for Sauvie Island as well as presentations to community on design variations, in relation to the replacement of Multnomah County Bridge.


PROJECT ARCHITECTURAL DESIGNER, Helpern Architects, New York                                                                                 Jan 2000 – Dec 2002

Handled CD’s, field and site measuring, and historic research for multiple restoration and reconstruction projects, focusing on schools, historic renovation, and historic landmarks. Assisted with initial survey, preparation of documentation, and completion of reports for review. Clients included Columbia University, Pratt Institute, New York City DDC, and Harmonie Club (New York).

Specialized in interior design work with a focus on schematic design, development, and drawings, interior decorating, product research, and specifications. Select projects included:

  • INTERIOR DESIGN | Involved in interior decoration encompassing décor installation, kitchen rehabilitation, wallpaper, decorative finishes, trim treatment, painting, headboard design and minor home repair for homes and local restaurants- Kent Ale House, Brooklyn Public House, Lola Café, Condo (Brooklyn, NY), Fox Condo (Highlands, NJ).


    Catskills Milliner  Guest House (Catkills, NY) Restoration and design of a tiny house historic Catskills. Community Board presentation. 

    ​​​Chambers / Lansberry (Snoqualmie, WA) Developed plans for a 2-story,-bedroom home with semi connected garage.
